Stockley Park Phase III

JAC Architects were commissioned by Stockley Park Consortium to develop a masterplan for phase three of Stockley Park. Expansion of the existing development redefines the approach to business park design, by creating a mixed-use phase with provision of public open space.

Mixed use development comprising 25,000 sqm office space (B1), 26,000 sqm / 450 room hotel, including leisure facilities and energy centre (min 3 star) (C1), 18,135 sqm data centre (sui-generis), a single storey car parking building (sui-generis) 3,500 sqm mixed use building accommodating office (B1) non-residential institution including art exhibition space (D1), retail (A1), financial and professional services (A2), cafés and restaurants (A3) and associated car parking and landscaping (outline for full details for access)
