Stockley Park Phase III
As Stockley Park leads towards the third generation of development the coercion of Business and Park reconcile these apparent opposites through the masterplan.
The masterplan, in part, is born out of an
understanding of the constraints and influences of the existing site, planning
history and an ambition to connect to the locale. The outline proposals for Phase
III have been enhanced with a mixed use scheme including office, data centre, hotel
and amenity building, as such a different commercial mix is embodied in the
masterplan.
